The staff is friendly, willing to get to know you a bit, totally up front about everything, and transparent about your financing choices and other options. There was no pressure to buy, and they follow up post-purchase. I do not have enough miles to comment on the vehicle, but the buying experience was painless.

Andy was very professional and he listened to my concerns especially about the repair cost because I was paying half the cost out of pocket and the other person's insurance was paying the other portion. My car looks beautiful like brand new.

Brought my car in yesterday to have an estimate done to fix my front bumper which had fallen off when I caught the curb backing out of my driveway. I didn’t want to pay an expensive replacement because I plan to get a new car next year and my dogs have trashed this car!

I was "thinking" about getting a newer car, but wasn't set on it. After visiting several dealerships, I decided to try ONE more. That's when I went to Star GMC. Nick was EXCELLENT! He wasn't pushy or rushed. He is knowledgeable and personable. The staff was very helpful in explaining how the loan/ interest worked. I did end up purchasing a car from here and would highly recommend them!

From the moment I arrived I was treated like a lifelong customer. My salesman made the process completed painless. He worked with me to get my payments down to a reasonable amount and even had the vehicle I purchased detailed and filled the tank with fuel. I was very impressed with this dealership.
